污泥在水泥混凝土工业中的应用分析

Application and analysis of sludge in cement and concrete industries

随着污泥排放量的日益增加和人们对环境要求的不断提高,污泥的资源化利用近来备受关注,已成为了当前研究的热点。分析了国内外污泥的处置现状和污泥在水泥混凝土工业中应用对环境的影响,重点分析了污泥应用于水泥混凝土工业的4种途径,即用污泥制集料、烧制轻骨料、烧制掺合料和烧制水泥,并对这4种应用途径进行了比较。得出污泥烧制掺合料、轻骨料和水泥的应用前景广阔,污泥烧制掺合料是最具研究潜质的,而用污泥制集料比较受局限,研究价值不大。污泥用于水泥混凝土工业不仅有利于污泥稳定化、无害化、资源化处理,而且有利于土地、矿物资源的节约,自然资源的保护以及社会可持续发展。

With the increasing of sludge emissions and people＇s increasing demand for better dwelling environment,resource utilization of sludge receives much concern in recent years,it has become the hot topic of research.Sludge disposal status at home and abroad,and the impact on the environment of application of sludge used in cement and concrete industries are analysed.Four ways of sludge used in cement concrete industries are mainly analysed,that include sludge is used to make aggregates,lightweight aggregate,admixture and cement.A comparative analysis of tht four ways is performed at last.The results presented here show that sludge used in admixture,lightweight aggregate and cement production has good application prospect,using sludge to make admixture has the most research potential,but using sludge to make aggregate seems to have little practical value.Finally we know that sludge used in cement and concrete industry has great advantages in sludge stabilization and harmless disposal as well as resources conservation,and the realization of the sustainable development of the society.
