摘要
针对高寒地区渠道衬砌混凝土冻融破坏问题,采用正交设计方法研究了不同强度等级纤维粉煤灰混凝土的抗冻性能。通过快速冻融试验,测试了冻融对纤维粉煤灰混凝土的抗压强度、动弹性模量和质量的影响。并就不同因素对混凝土抗冻性能的影响进行了分析和评价。最后,找出了冻融环境中满足混凝土强度和耐久性的最优配合比。
Aiming at the problem of the freeze-thaw damage of channel lining concrete in alpine region,freezing resistance of different strength grades of fly ash concrete containing polypropylene fibers have been studied by means of the orthogonal design.The effect of freeze-thaw on the compressive strength,mass losing and modulus of elasticitv of concrete are tested around certain freezing-thawing cvcles.the factors that affecting freezing resistance of concrete are analyzed and discussed.Finally,the best mix proportion was found out,which meets strength and durability of concrete exposed to the freeze-thaw environment.
