摘要
采用气相色谱－质谱联用技术对泰国产姜黄油的化学成分进行分析，分离出２４ 个峰，鉴定其中２０ 种成分，占总峰面积９８％ ，并能分离鉴定出α－郁金酮（Ａｌｐｈａ－Ｔｕｒｍ ｅｒｏｎｅ）和β－郁金酮（．ｂｅ－ｔａ．－Ｔｕｒｍ ｅｒｏｎｅ），未见有文献报道在姜黄油中分离出以上２ 种成分。
Chemical constituents of Curcuma longa L.produced from Thailand were analyzed by GC/MS/DS, in which 24 components separated and 20 components have been identified. The total content of the above 20 components is occupiced 98% of the area, as well as the .alpha. Tumerone and .beta. Turmerone have been separated and identified first which have not been reported in literatures.
