不同水平稻草对2~3月龄肉兔生产性能和屠宰性状的影响

摘要 本文旨在研究不同水平稻草对2~3月龄肉兔生产性能和屠宰性状的影响。试验采用单因子设计,选择60日龄新西兰兔120只,随机分成5个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复6只,分别饲喂含0%(对照组)、2%、4%、6%和8%稻草的饲粮。结果表明:不同水平稻草对肉兔采食量的影响不显著(P>0.05);对照组、2%和4%组的日增重和料重比差异不显著(P>0.05),但是8%组日增重显著降低(P<0.05),料重比显著增加(P<0.05);不同水平稻草对肉兔的半净膛重、全净膛重和半净膛率影响不显著(P>0.05),但是随着稻草添加量的增加半净膛重、全净膛重和半净膛率呈下降趋势,对照组全净膛率最高且显著高于8%组(P<0.05)。 The experiment was designed to study the effect of different levels of straw on growth and slaughter performance of 2 - 3 month-old rabbits. The single factor trial design was used in the experiment.120 New Zealand rabbits of 60-day-old were randomly divided into 5 groups,with 4 replications per group and 6 rabbits per replication,fed with 0 %,2 % ,4 % ,6 % and 8 % straw respectively. The results showed: the different levels of straw in diet had no significant influence on feed intake (P 〉 0.05 ) ;compared with control group,there was no significant difference between the groups with 2 % and 4 % straws on the average daily gain and the feed conversion (P 〉 0.05) ,but the daily gain of 8 % straw group was decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05 ), and the feed conversion ratio of 8 % straw group was increased significantly (P 〈 0.05).The different levels of straw in diet had no significant influence on semi-eviscerated weight, eviscerated weight and semi-eviscerated percentage (P 〉 0.05).With the increase of straw level,the semi-eviscerated weight,eviscerated weight and semi-eviscerated percentage decreased. The eviscerated percentage of control group was highest in all groups, and higher than that of 8 % straw group significantly(P 〈 0.05).
