首先简要描述了现有IP网络面临的一些问题,在此基础上对面向下一代网承载技术的两个研究热点——路由转发控制分离技术和承载资源控制技术的国际相关研究情况进行了介绍,同时简单介绍了中日韩之间相关的合作研究情况和背景。

This paper briefly describes existing problems which are faced by the current IP net-work, then gives the introduction about the status of international standardization of iSCP and bearer controlling. Meanwhile, it depicts the relevant collaborative research between china, Japan and Korea.
