摘要
在分析丰田卡罗拉发动机双VVT-i(智能可变气门正时系统)系统结构及工作原理的基础上,以仪器诊断为主,辅之以人工拆检,得出了如何利用随车故障自诊断系统对双VVT-i系统故障进行快速诊断与排除,从而有助于汽车维修人员快速准确地判定故障部位、故障原因并且快速排除故障。
Based on an analysis to the structure and working principle of Toyota corolla engine double VVT-i(double Variable Valve Timing-intelligent) system,we proposed the method to rapidly diagnose and eliminate the problem of double VVT-i system by on-board self diagnosis system and artificial overhauling.Such a method is very helpful for mechanics to locate rapidly the accurate malfunction part,figure out the reason and remove quickly the malfunction.
