摘要
淋病是目前最常见的性病之一,近年来,由于抗菌药物的广泛应用,导致淋球菌耐药性不断增加。细菌在抗生素选择性压力的作用下,可保留最耐药的菌株,对大多数抗生素产生耐药。多重耐药即细菌不仅对某种亲脂性细胞毒药物耐药,而且对一大群相互之间没有关联的药物都有抵抗力。
