中药复方对解脲支原体感染小鼠T细胞亚群和细胞因子的影响

Effects of Chinese Herbal Compound on Cytokines and T Lymphocyte Subsets of Mice Infected by Ureaplasma Urealyticum

目的探讨四逆散加味和桂枝茯苓丸加味两个复方对解脲支原体阴道接种感染小鼠T细胞亚群和细胞因子IFN-γ、TNF-ɑ和IL-4的影响。方法采用苯甲酸雌二醇预处理,给予Balb/c小鼠阴道接种解脲支原体血清8型感染液制成盆腔炎症性疾病模型,以阿齐霉素作为对照组,观察两个中药复方干预后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(流式细胞仪测定)和细胞因子(酶联免疫吸附法)的变化。结果药物干预组均能提高外周血CD4+/CD8+比值和脾组织炎症细胞因子的表达,但组间差异无统计学意义。结论中药复方可能对解脲支原体阴道接种感染小鼠T细胞亚群及细胞因子有一定影响。

Objective：To study the effects of Modified Sini Powder and Modified Guizhifuling Pill on T lymphocyte subsets and the cytokines such as IFN-γ,TNF-α and IL-4 in the mice infected by ureaplasma urealyticum Methods：Female Balb/c mice pretreated estradiol benzoate were infected by the ureaplasma urealyticum.Compared with the azithromycin,these variations including the cytokines and T lymphocyte subsets were detected after treated by the Chinese herbal compound.Results：The ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋ and inflammatory cytokines were increased in two Chinese herbal groups and azithromycin group.There were no statistical differences among these groups.Conclusion：There are some effects of Chinese herbal compound in the T lymphocyte subsets and cytokine of mice infected by ureaplasma urealyticum
