芪棱汤对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠VEGF、CD34的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的从血管生成的角度探讨芪棱汤抗大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的机理。方法将大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、芪棱汤去养阴药组及芪棱汤组。采用颈内动脉线栓法复制大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型。在再灌注不同时点采用免疫组织化学法测VEGF;CD34标记微血管计数。结果假手术组VEGF表达极弱;除缺血再灌注6h外,各相应再灌注时间点12h、1d、3d、7d,芪棱汤组及芪棱汤去养阴药组较模型组的VEGF表达明显增多,且芪棱汤组与芪棱汤去养阴药组有显著差异。CD34标记微血管计数再灌注各时间点芪棱汤组、芪棱汤去养阴药组与模型组比较均有显著差异;芪棱汤组与芪棱汤去养阴药组有显著差异。结论芪棱汤通过促进VEGF表达的上调,促进微血管新生,可能是其抗脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用机制之一。
