摘要
心脑血管疾病已成为威胁人类健康的第一大杀手,以动脉(粥样)硬化为典型特征的动脉血管结构与功能改变是心肌梗死和脑卒中等心脑血管疾病的共同病理学基础。动脉弹性减退已成为心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素,更被认为是心血管事件的替代终点(surrogate endpoint)之一。
