摘要
良好的活塞式汽油发动机控制系统是小型无人直升机稳定飞行和保持恒定转速的前提条件。本文针对某型无人直升机发动机控制系统中采用的GV-1进行控制器参数的辨识,最后基于自抗扰控制技术设计出简单、可靠和成本低廉的转速控制器,实验结果表明,该控制器可以到达稳定飞行的需要。验证了所设计的控制器的有效性,可进一步简化小型无人机的转速控制,具有很好的应用价值。
The design of piston gasoline engine is the prior condition to guarantee stable flight and constant speed for small-scaled unmanned helicopter.This paper investigates the problem of parameters identification of the speed governor GV-1 used in the engine control system in some type of unmanned helicopter.Then,a reliable,structural simple and low-cost novel speed controller is designed based on the ADRC(Active Disturbance Rejection Control).The experiments ’results show that the deigned controller can obtain the requirements,and moreover demonstrate the effeteness of the designed method.The speed controller can be simplified and have potential engineering practical value.
