摘要
针对工业电阻炉温度的检测和控制具有大惯性和纯时间延迟特性,设计了基于Dahlin算法的温度控制器,利用MATLAB环境自编程序计算控制器参数,并利用SIMULINK工具建立仿真模型调试控制器的控制效果,提高了温度的控制质量。
The temperature controller based on Dahlin arithmetic is designed to solve large inertia and delay in the industrial eclectic resistance furnace temperature test and control.The controller parameter is calculated by MATLAB self-edited program,besides,the effect of the controller is modulated by the simulation modal based on SIMULINK,and therefore,the temperature control quality is improved.
