摘要
原油蒸馏的产品指标都是用ASTM沸点为质量衡量标准,操作工通常都是依赖化验分析数据进行操作,这样常使得操作工操作经常远离约束区。在线分析仪较之化验分析数据有很大改进,但在线分析仪购置费用昂贵,维护工作量大,提供的分析数据滞后较大,不适合闭环控制。文中开发的炼油厂原油蒸馏装置软仪表技术采用了独特的压力补偿温度机制,其最大的优点是精确度高,避免了在线分析的滞后,提供了不可测变量的在线观测,使得多变量预估控制器可以直接控制产品质量,具有十分重要的意义。
ASTM boiling points are usually used as product quality index of crude oil distillation unit,lab data is a key tool for operators to tune some real-time process parameters,operator cant’ operate conveniently and accurately just by using lab data.Online analyzer can make this better than lab data,but the cost for online analyzer is very expensive and very difficult to maintain.And the analytical data of online analyzer is still has some delay as compared with practical process data,it cant’ be used for closed-loop control.In this paper,a special technology of the pressure compensated tempera-ture has been used for the soft sensor development of crude oil distillation unit.This technology can make the calcula-tion result of soft sensor more accurate without delay.Some unmeasured variables can be monitored online and multi-variable predictive control can be implemented to control product qualities by using this soft sensor.It is very important to improve operators ’operation level and get more benefit than before.
