摘要
在能源、可再生资源日益短缺和环境不断恶化的今天,微乳化汽油代替纯汽油作为汽油发动机的燃料是一种节能技术。通过相图分析法对复配表面活性剂体系进行筛选,得到应用范围广、价格低廉、环保的复配表面活性剂体系,作出saa/汽油/正丁醇/水体系的拟三元相图,确定微乳液区域,并对该微乳液进行电导率、密度、稳定性等一系列性能研究。实验结果表明:对汽油进行微乳化,使之具有高的掺水量,应用范围广且成本较低,燃烧后产生的有害气体明显减少。该技术经济、社会效益显著,具有广阔的应用前景。
This article introduces the microemulsified gasoline oil technology,selects the surfactant that has the wild application,low in price and environmental protection by carried out series of screening on the anion surfactant/the positive ion surfactant/non-ionic surfactant as well as duplicate matches surfactant through the phase diagram analytic method,definite microemulsion region by made the quasi-ternary system phase diagram of the saa/gasoline oil/normal butyl alcohol/water system,do research on the conductivity/viscosity/stability/density and solidifying point of the microemulsion of gasoline oil.The results show that oil pocket water type which screens from the massive surfactant(W/O) gasoline oil mircroemulsion is of high water quantity,low in cost,wide application and natural stability.
