ICP-AES法快速测定铜冶炼废酸中铼、钼、硒含量的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用硝酸处理试样,建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定铜冶炼废酸中铼、钼、硒含量的分析方法。通过实验选择各元素最佳分析谱线,并对基体干扰进行探讨。在选定的实验条件下,方法的检出限为0.6~7.0ng/mL,加标回收率为95.24%~104.83%。该方法应用于三种废酸中三种元素的分析,相对标准偏差为0.26%~4.67%。 The determination of rhenium,molybdenum and selenium in copper smelting waste were performed by indutively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) with nitric acid for sample pretreatment.The optimal analytical lines for testing elements were selected by experiments.The matrix interference was discussed.Under the selected experimental conditions,the detection limit of method was 0.6~7.0 ng/mL,and the recovery of standard addition was 95.24%~104.83%.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of three elements in different copper smelting waste.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=5) was 0.26%~4.67%.
