摘要
针对大型军用仓库的资源配置规划需求,分析构建了资源配置问题的两层决策模型,提出了综合满足上层投资指数和下层保障时间要求的多目标优化资源配置策略,阐述了与遗传算法设计相关的初始配置确定、染色体构建、适应度函数选择等技术问题。仿真证明,经优化后的资源配置方案在满足任务保障时间要求的前提下,可以最大限度地降低投资成本和建设难度,对资源配置规划研究具有普遍意义。
In order to satisfy the resources allocation demand of large-scale military warehouse system,designs the two-layer decision model of resources allocation and imports the multi-objective optimization resources allocation strategy that satisfies the invest exponent and support time request.In this paper some technical issues are expatiated base on genetic algorithm such as the confirmation of initialization allocation,the design of chromosome,the choice of fitness function.By the simulation result the improving plan which satisfies task support time request foremost can reduce the invest cost and constructing difficulty and have universal meaning to resources allocation programming research.
