浅议社区疾控现状与发展方向

THE CURRENT SITUATION AND THE DEVELOPMENT DIRECTION OF COMMUNITY'S DISEASE CONTROL

随着信息时代的到来,人们的生活、工作和思维方式都发生了很大的变化。作为促进和保护人们健康生活的社区疾控,其内涵和外延也发生改变,从单纯的预防扩大到多因素的综合疾病防治,研究范围日益扩大,手段更加先进。这一切给社区疾控工作者提出了巨大的挑战,同时也给发展社区疾控提供了很好的机遇。本文旨在通过深入剖析社区疾控的现状、社区疾控存在的问题,探讨新的医学模式和健康观对社区疾控的深刻影响,社区疾控的新思维和新方法,展望社区疾控的发展趋势,提出应对社区疾控发展趋势的途径和措施。

With the coming of the information age,people＇s life ,woke and ways of thinking have great changes.community＇s disease control, as a way to promote and protect people＇s healthy life,it＇s connotation and denotation are changing too,from prevent spread only to mnltffactorial integration disease control,it＇s research scope is expanding,devices are more advanced.all this made a great challenge to the workers of community＇s disease control,at the same time,Provide good opportunities to tile development of community＇s disease control.this paper pene- trate analyse the current situation of community＇s disease control,the problems of community＇s disease control,discuss the deep influence of new medical model and outlook on health on community＇s disease control,discuss new thought and new method of community＇s disease control,prospect the trend of development of community＇s disease control, put forward ways and measures to cope with the trend of development of community＇s disease control.conclusion：biology--psychology--society,this new medical model have great iztfluenee on the development of community＇s disease control,the application of new technology and new method,especiaUy the development and application of computer information technology make the development of community＇s disease control enter a new stage.community＇s disease control center will be a basic level＇s organization that can provide omnibearing,muhilevel and high efficiency＇s health care service to all people.
