不同剂量的戊巴比妥钠在免疫家兔采血中麻醉的应用

目的:比较分析不同剂量的戊巴比妥钠在免疫家兔采血时的麻醉效果。方法:耳缘静脉注射3%的戊巴比妥钠溶液,分别以25mg/kg、30mg/kg、35mg/kg的剂量对兔施行麻醉,记录实验中每只动物的睡眠时间、角膜反射、刺痛反应、肌肉紧张性、心率、呼吸频率等,统计所得数据。结果:从25mg/kg体重的剂量开始注射,以5mg/kg为间隔,增加到40mg/kg时,呼吸频率先减少后增加,心跳次数逐渐减慢。除25mg/kg组以外,其他剂量组都有肌肉紧张度松弛、角膜反射消失、无刺痛反应的现象。结论:30mg/kg的戊巴比妥钠静脉麻醉是理想的麻醉剂量,实验兔生命体征处于正常范围。

0bjective To compare and Analysis the anaesthetic effects of diferent doses of pentobarbital sodium in the immunized rabbits in drawblood.Methods Diferent doses of pentobarbital sodiunl were injected into Ear margin veins of rabbits immunized with Sheep RBC solution. Record each animal＇s sleep time, corneal reflection, smartly reaction, muscular tone, heart rate and breathing rate,then collect statistics. Results 25mg/kg weight from the start, with 5 mg/kg dosage injection for interval, increased to 40mg/kg, breathing rates first increase, then reduce,heart rate reduced gradually. Except 25mg/kg group, there is phenomenon of muscle tensity tabbing, corneal reflection disappearring, no sting reaction during other dose group.Conchisions 30mg/kg for takeing pentobarhital sodium to intravenous anesthesia is the ideal dosage, vital signs of rabbits were in the nornml range.
