近年来,施工企业的项目规模不断扩大,管理难度也相应增强。施工项目在工期紧的情况下,往往对成本控制管理不到位,致使项目效益不理想。本文重点对项目施工阶段的费用(成本)控制的关键要素进行分析研究,并提出解决方案。

In recent years, the scale of construction companies is expanding, and it is difficult to manage. In the case of tight schedule of construction project, the cost control management is often not in place, which results in undesirable project benefits. This article focuses on analyzing the key elements of cost control in the construction phase of the project and proposes solutions.
