摘要
近年来,随着多元用工形式得到了越来越多企业的青睐,多元用工过程中所产生的问题和矛盾也日益凸显出来,企业与多元化员工之间、正式工与多元化用工之间不同程度地存在着一些不和谐的现象。本文结合企业实际情况,重点分析了在用工制度多元化趋势下出现的问题和矛盾,提出了促进企业劳动关系和谐、加强员工队伍建设的基本对策。
In recent years, multi-employment style is now attracting more and more attention of enterprises, but the problems and contradictions appearing in the course also emerge obviously. Some inharmonious phenomenon appears between enterprises and multi-employees, the regular employees and multi-employees to different degrees. Considering the actual situation of the enterprises, the paper focuses on the analysis of the appearing problems and contradictions in the background of multi-employment system, and offers some basic countermeasures to improve the harmonious labour relationship in enterprises and strengthen the management of staffs.
