2008年下旬开始,因受美国华尔街"次贷"危机影响的逐渐深入,全球金融海啸全面爆发,波及各行各业,世界经济迅速恶化。之前快速发展的并深受资本市场追捧的光伏行业面临着巨大的影响。金融危机通过各个方面对身居光伏产业产的V公司产生巨大的机遇和挑战。本文通过对V公司在金融危机中的情况作为切入点开始分析,以便V公司能在下次金融危机到来之前意识到自己的问题,做好迎接挑战的准备;同时也希望能为光伏行业的发展提出有用的意见。

In late 2008, with the deepening impact of ＂subprime＂ crisis of Wall Street, the global financial crisis outbroke, affecting all walks of life. The world economy deteriorated rapidly. The photovoltaic industry, which developed rapidly and was enjoyed by investor, is facing a huge impact. The financial crisis impacted greatly on V Company from many aspects. The thesis analyzed V Company in the financial crisis, to improve awareness of risk and prepare for challenge, and provide useful comments to development of PV business.
