摘要
本文对高校在异地办学的仪器设备采购过程中合同质保金的约束力进行分析,对合同执行和管理过程中出现的问题作说明,阐述了如何利用合同质保金来管理和监督仪器设备的质量,保障异地办学仪器设备正常运行。
This article analyzed the restraint force of contract quality deposit during the purchase process of instruments and equipments in collaborative higher-education, specified the execution and management of contract, and elaborated how to use the contract quality deposits to manage and supervise the qualities and the normal operation of the instruments and equipments.
