The socio-economic development led to industrial restructuring, technological update is accelerating, so the social demands for professional and technical personnel have gradually increased. How do the vocational schools carry out effective moral education to improve the students＇ professional skills and quality of professional ethics？ From the actual situation of vocational schools under the current education system, this article discussed few steps of the moral education in vocational schools combining with the moral model in new era, and pointed out the corresponding strategies and methods.
