摘要
高职院校学生干部在学生管理工作中起着举足轻重的作用,但在目前学生干部队伍建设中还存在不少问题。本文通过分析其存在原因,提出了认真做好干部选拔、加强学生干部机制更新、开展学生干部培训、重视学生干部培养、完善干部的激励和监督机制五项措施,来解决学生干部队伍建设问题。
Student leaders in vocational college play an important role in student management. However, there are many problems in current student ranks of cadres. This paper analyzed the causes, put forward that we should seriously do well leader＇s selection, strengthen students＇ leader mechanism renewal, develop student leader train, pay attention to student leader cultivation, improve leader＇s stimulating and supervising mechanism to resolve the problems.
