腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗的中医护理干预

Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing with Conservative Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗的中医护理。方法:护理人员应用整体护理辨证施护原则,从日常生活,情志护理,饮食调护,功能锻炼,防御外邪等方面采取相应的护理措施。结果:保守治疗以其创伤小、价位低而使病人容易接受,47例腰椎间盘突出症患者经保守治疗,37例缓解10例治愈。结论:经过系统的保守治疗和中医护理,大部分患者腰腿痛等临床症状得到改善或消失,从而提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective： To discuss the traditional Chinese medicine nursing with conservative treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods： The nurses applied the principles of holistic dialectical nursing therapy to take appropriate care measures from daily life, emotional care, diet nursing, functional training, defense and other evils. Results： Conservative treatment is easily accepted by the patient because of their small trauma and low price. 47 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion after conservative treatment, 37 patients have remitted and 10 patients have cured. Conclusion： After conservative treatment and traditional Chinese medicine care, the clinical symptoms of most patients have improved or disappear, thus imoroving the qualitv of patient＇s life.
