摘要
以房养老已在西方国家得到成功的运用,成为老年人的一项比较重要的养老现金来源。基于此,国内也有很多学者研究"以房养老"在中国开展的可行性。本文主要着眼于研究以房养老所固有的一些风险,并初步探讨了对这些风险的防范措施,以便以房养老在国内更有效开展。
Housing Reverse Mortgage was very successful in the western country, it's an important income of the elderly. Based on this, many researchers studied the feasibility of this program in China. In this paper we focused on the risks and the prevention methods of this program to help the opening of Housing Reverse Mortgage in China.
