摘要
以合同能源管理项目为研究对象,结合我国社会经济发展现状,分析了我国合同能源管理项目实施过程中存在的政策与市场、融资以及运营与效益三方面风险,并运用模糊层次分析法对合同能源管理项目进行了风险评价。
Taking the energy performance contracting for research object, with the status quo of China＇s social and economic development, the paper analyses the risks of policy and market, financing and operation and benefit in implementation process of energy performance contracting project and conducts the risk assessment for energy performance contracting by using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy.
