不同间歇时间骨骼肌力学特征分析

摘要 骨骼肌的力学性能是决定力量素质的基础。本文从骨骼肌的力学特性出发,采用不同的间歇时间,观察离体骨骼肌的力量变化。结果表明,训练6周后,骨骼肌的相对力量比对照组增加22.64%;间歇20秒后骨骼肌的相对力量下降7.78%,恢复效果最好。 The mechanical properties of skeletal muscle is the basis for the quality of the strength. From the mechanical properties of skeletal muscle, this paper used different intermittent time to observe the changes in the strength of isolated skeletal muscle. The results showed that after 6 weeks of training, the relative strength of skeletal muscle was increased by 22.64%; the relative strength of skeletal muscle declined 7.78% after 20 seconds intermittent, which had the best recovery effects.
