西部地区城市化进程中失地农民的就业障碍分析

Analysis of Land-lost Farmers' Barriers to Employment in the Process of Urbanization of Western Region

随着我国西部大开发的推进,西部地区城市化进程的加快,越来越多的农民从土地上释放出来成为失地农民。失地农民的就业障碍问题凸显,影响因素主要有经济发展、就业制度及自身因素三方面。针对这三方面因素采取措施,解决失地农民的就业障碍问题。

Abstract： With the advance of China＇s western development and the acceleration of the process of urbanization in western region, more and more farmers become land-lost farmers. The issues of land-lost farmers＇ barriers to employment are obvious, and the influence factors mainly are economic development, employment system and the factors of their own. According these factors, measures are taken to solve the issues of land-lost farmers＇ barriers to employment.
