摘要
利用喷雾干燥法成功制备具有实心、多孔和空心结构的羟基磷灰石(hydroxyapatite,HA)微球,简要分析不同结构HA微球的形成机理。用扫描电镜观察产物的微观结构和表面形貌发现:将HA料浆直接喷雾干燥可以获得形状规则的实心微球;向料浆中加入明胶溶液后再喷雾干燥,随后经高温煅烧可以获得孔隙率较高的多孔微球;向料浆中加入碳酸氢铵后喷雾干燥可以获得空心微球。此外还指出不同制备工艺存在的不足,为以后利用喷雾干燥法制备不同结构的HA微球型材料提供理论依据。
Several hydroxyapatite(HA) microspheres with different structures,including solid,porous and hollow,were fabricated by the spray drying method,and the microsphere formation mechanism was introduced simply.The scanning electron microscopy was used to observe microstructure and surface morphology of the microspheres.Results show that solid HA microspheres are obtained by spraying the as-received HA slurry instantly;porous microspheres are prepared by adding a glutin solution into the slurry,and hollow microspheres are fabricated by adding ammonium acid carbonate solution before spraying.In addition,limits of these methods are pointed out,and thus further research should be carried out in order to overcome the difficulties that are identified in the spray drying method.
