摘要
用水热法制备的TiO2纳米棒与纳米颗粒P25混合制备复合晶膜电极,通过扫描电镜、透射电镜、紫外-可见吸收光谱和电池的光电性能测试,分析掺入纳米棒对染料敏化太阳能电池(dye-sensitized solar cells,DSSC)性能的影响。结果表明:加入一定量的TiO2纳米棒可以改善复合薄膜对染料的吸附量和薄膜电极对光的捕获能力,提高光电输出值;在100 mW/cm2光照条件下,DSSC的光电转换效率达到4.66%。
Nano-crystalline TiO2 composite film electrodes were prepared by mixing P25 nanoparticles and TiO2 nanorods synthe-sized by the hydrothermal method.Influences of nanorods amount on photoelectronic properties of the dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSC) were confirmed by a scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),ultraviolet-visible ab-sorption spectra,and the photocurrent-voltage curve of the DSSC.Results show that TiO2 nanorods can increase adsorption capacity and light scattering of the composite film electrodes and improve the photoelectric output.Photoelectric conversion efficiency with the film electrode can be 4.66% irradiated by a solar simulator with 100 mW/cm2.
