摘要
小麦红吸浆虫Sitodiplosis m osellana Gehin 一年中大约有10 个月的时间以幼虫和茧生活在土壤中,因而淘土查虫是主要的掌握其种群动态的方法。根据小麦吸浆虫虫体大小和在盐水中的浮力特点,设计出了袋筛箩盐水淘虫法。即先用尼龙袋(网孔径0.5 m m )装土样洗泥,再用双层筛箩(上层筛网孔径约2 m m ×3 m m ,,下层箩孔径0.4 m m )洗泥去掉大颗粒杂物,然后用比重大于1.2 的盐水使幼虫和茧浮出水面,过滤捡虫。与传统的过筛法和盐水漂浮法相比,该方法所需设备简单,淘虫快速、省力、准确,对小麦吸浆虫的测报和研究有参考价值。
The larvae and cocoons of wheat midge live in soil for almost 10 months a year and the main method by which researchers investigate its population dynamics is extracting them from soil. Based on the pest′s size and flotage in brine, a new extraction method of bag sifter bamboo basket brine was proposed in the present paper. The process is as follows: wash the nylon bag (0.5 mm) which contains sample soil, then put the soil sample left onto sifter bamboo basket (above sifter mesh 3 mm, beneath bamboo basket mesh 0.4 mm), wash again, finally, move the soil sample left into brine (SG>1.2), larvae and cocoons can be gotten by filtration of top brine in a container. The new method is simpler, less tough and more effective than the traditional methods: sieving and brine flotation.
