趋化因子受体CXCR4在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤中表达的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:检测趋化因子受体CXCR4在口腔鳞癌和涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达情况,探讨趋化因子受体CX-CR4的表达与口腔鳞癌、涎腺腺样囊性癌的临床病理关系。方法:用免疫组织化学S-P法检测91例口腔鳞癌(o-ral squamous cell carcinoma,SCC)和76例涎腺腺样囊性癌(adenoid cystic carcinoma of salivary gland,ACC)中CXCR4表达,分析其与临床病理的关系。结果:CXCR4在口腔鳞癌石蜡切片中总体阳性表达率为62.6%,与肿瘤的大小、临床分期、转移密切相关(P<0.05)。CXCR4在ACC中的表达率分别为64.5%。与ACC临床分期、转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:趋化因子受体CXCR4在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤(口腔鳞癌和涎腺腺样囊性癌)中高表达,且CXCR4的表达与口腔鳞癌、涎腺腺样囊性癌转移密切相关,在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤转移起重要作用。 Objective: To evaluate the expression of chemokine receptor CXCR4 in relation to clinical pathological factors in oral squamous cell carcinoma( SCC) and adenoid cystic carcinoma of salivary glands (ACC). Methods.. Immunohistochemical staining method was used to quantify the protein expression levels of CXCR4 in 91 surgically resected oral SCC and 76 surgically resected salivary glands ACC. Results: Expression rate of CXCR4 in SCC was 62. 6% and there was a significant association between the expression of CXCR4 and tumor metastases (P〈0.05), tumor size (P〈0.01) and clinical stage (P〈20.01). Expression rate of CXCR4 in ACC was 64.5% and there was a significant association between the expression of CXCR4 and tumor metastases (P〈0.05) and clinical stage (P〈0. 01). Conclusion: CXCR4 is highly expressed in oral and maxillofacial malignancy (SCC and ACC). It may contribute to the metastases in oral and maxillofacial malignancy.
