摘要 学科交叉与融合推动学科发展,给予我们创新的理念和先进的技术,为人口健康领域带来重大变革。干细胞是在生物个体的生长和发育中起源头作用的原始细胞,具有自我更新、高度增殖和多向分化潜能的细胞群体。根据个体发育过程中出现的先后次序,干细胞可分为胚胎干细胞(ESC)和成体干细胞(ASC);
