Th22及其效应因子生物学特性相关研究 被引量:5

摘要 新近发现一种CD4+T细胞新亚群—Th22,表达CCR6、CCR10和CCR4,产生IL-22、TNF-α、IL-13,但不产生IFNγ-、IL-4、IL-17。不同于Th1、Th2、Th17,Th22有稳定的效应因子体系和独特的信号转导方式,其基因编码的蛋白及趋化因子参与组织重塑和新血管生成。Th22细胞主要参与皮肤的自稳调节和病理状态,在正常情况下,与其他细胞亚群互相调控,使机体处于平衡状态。其主要效应因子IL-22,在炎症性疾病、组织修复、创口愈合、肿瘤及自身免疫性疾病中也起重要作用,但其具体之效应功能尚未完全清楚。进一步探究Th22生物学功能及其效应因子与疾病的关系,将可能为疾病的治疗开辟新途径。
