脑钠肽与充血性心力衰竭危险分层及预后的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血浆脑钠肽(BNP)与充血性心力衰竭(CHF)危险分层和预后的相关性。方法测定100例CHF患者(入院和出院时)及健康对照组血浆BNP水平,并随访1年。结果随着CHF患者血浆BNP水平的升高,NYHA心功能分级、CHF病死率也增高;随着出院时患者BNP水平的升高,患者心脏事件(病死率和再入院率)发生率也增高。结论 BNP对CHF危险分层及判断预后具有重要的指导意义。
