摘要
目的探讨高血压人群24h眼内压峰值及其波动特征。方法分别对80例高血压患者及80例非高血压者进行24h眼内压测量,分析其昼夜峰值及昼夜波动值特征。结果高血压组昼夜眼内压峰值及波动值均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论高血压人群昼夜眼内压峰值及其波动值大于非高血压人群。
