冠状动脉内支架断裂一例报告

摘要 冠状动脉内支架断裂系介入治疗中少见的并发症之一.其发生机制不明.新近我们发现冠状动脉内支架断裂1例,现报道如下. 1 病例简介 患者,男,64岁,于2000年因右室、下壁心肌梗死后在某医院行冠脉造影＋支架植入术,当时右冠闭塞,前降支80%以上狭窄,在右冠及前降支近端分别植入Cypher支架各1枚,1个月后因心绞痛发作频繁再行冠造发现右冠内支架内再狭窄,给予球囊扩张后一直服药治疗.
