摘要 目的评价OMRONHEM-770A型智能电子血压计测量血压的准确性。方法根据中华人民共和国医药行业标准YY0670—2008《无创自动测量血压计》关于电子血压计准确性评价的要求,利用标准汞柱式血压计(听诊法)与受试电子血压计对85名受试者同臂同步测量血压,对比评价该电子血压计的准确性。结果 OMRON HEM-770A型电子血压计的测量结果高出标准听诊法1.9 mm Hg/1.5 mm Hg(收缩压/舒张压),其偏差小于5 mm Hg的上限;偏差的标准差为4.2 mm Hg/3.6 mm Hg(收缩压/舒张压),小于8 mm Hg的上限;收缩压和舒张压偏差在10 mmHg以内的测量次数分别占到96.9%和98.4%,高于85%的最低要求。结论 OMRON HEM-770A型智能电子血压计具有良好的准确性,收缩压和舒张压均达到了国内行业标准规定的要求。 Objective To evaluate the accuracy of the electronic sphygmomanometer OMRON HEM-770A.Methods A comparative study was carried out according to the accuracy evaluation requirements on electronic sphygmomanometer in the Medical Industry Standards YY 0670-2008,or Non-Invasive Automated Blood Pressure Measurement.The arm blood pressures of 85 participants were measured simultaneously with both the standard mercury sphygmomanometer and the electronic device.Results The readings of OMRON HEM-770A were higher than those of reference mercury sphygmomanometer by 1.9 mm Hg/1.5 mm Hg(systolic/diastolic) in average,less than the maximum offset of 5 mm Hg set by the Chinese standards.The standard deviation of the offsets was 4.2 mm Hg/3.6 mm Hg,less than the maximum offset of 8 mm Hg.Compared with the mercury reference,electronic readings ≤10mmHg offset accounted for 96.9% and 98.4% for systolic and diastolic blood pressure,respectively,meeting the minimum 85% standard.Conclusion The electronic sphygmomanometer OMRON HEM-770A shows good accuracy and meet the domestic industry-standard requirements for both systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
