Effect of Community Health Reform in Beijing

北京市实行社区卫生改革以来,社区卫生服务机构公益性质得到保障,社会效益逐渐显现,但同时也存在一些问题,建议进一步强化药品优惠政策,提高居民认知水平,提升社区卫生服务能力,建立职工收入长效激励机制,使社区卫生服务更好更快地发展。

Since community health reform was executed in Beijing,the public property of community health service agencies was guaranteed,and its social benefit also appeared gradually,but some problems still existed.Suggestions are to further strengthen drug preferential policy,improve residents＇ cognitive level,enhance community health service ability and establish long-term incentive mechanism of workers＇ income,so that the community health services can develop better and faster.
