金刚藤片配合艾灸疗法治疗盆腔炎性疾病疗效观察

Efficacy of Rhizoma Smilacis Chinensis Tablet Combined with Moxibustion in Treatment of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨治疗盆腔炎性疾病的有效方法。方法将100例符合研究要求的盆腔炎性疾病患者随机分为两组,治疗组、对照组各50例,治疗组采用口服金刚藤片配合艾灸治疗;对照组采用抗生素加微波治疗,疗程均为30 d。结果治疗后,治疗组病情程度评分明显降低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治愈率为42%,有效率为94%;对照组治愈率为28%,有效率为92%。组间疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金刚藤片配合艾灸治疗盆腔炎性疾病效果较好,价廉,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To seek an effective method to treat patients with pelvic inflammatory disease（PIL）.Methods A total of 100 PIL patients were enrolled and randomized into treatment group and control group（50 patients each）.The treatment group received a treatment of combined Rhizoma Smilacis Chinensis tablet and moxibustion for 30 days,while the control group underwent a treatment of antibiotics combined with microwave therapy.Results The treatment group showed a lower score in disease severity assessment than the control group after the treatment course（P0.01）.Clinical efficacy turned out to be similar between the treatment group（recovery rate：42%;effective rate：94%） and the control group（recovery rate：28%;effective rate：92%,P0.05）.Conclusion Rhizoma Smilacis Chinensis tablet combined with moxibustion is an effective and yet economical way in treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.
