鼻内镜结合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉病的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Endoscopic Surgery Combined with Corticosteroids in Treating Nasal Polyposis

目的观察鼻内镜结合糖皮质激素治疗鼻息肉病的临床疗效,探讨提高鼻息肉病临床疗效的治疗方法。方法选择鼻息肉病患者62例,根据自愿的原则,分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取鼻内镜下手术治疗,观察组在上述治疗的基础上结合糖皮质激素治疗,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及治疗6个月后的临床疗效。结果两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和治疗6个月后的临床疗效比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻息肉病,术前术后应结合糖皮质激素治疗,可提高临床疗效,改善预后。

Objective To observe the efficacy of endoscopic surgery combined with glucocorticoid in treatment of nasal polyposis with the expect to develop more effective treatment towards nasal polyposis.Methods A total of 62 patients with nasal polyposis were treated with functional endoscopic sinus surgery with（observation group） or without（control group）,a decision to be made by the patient,concomitant glucocorticoid medication.Comparement in terms of operation time,peri-operative bleeding,length of hospital stay,and clinical efficacy 6 months after the operation.Results The two groups were found to be significantly different in terms of operation time,peri-operative bleeding,length of hospital stay,and clinical efficacy 6 months after the operation（P0.05）.Conclusion Glucocorticoid improves the clinical efficacy and prognosis of nasal polyposis patients who have received functional endoscopic sinus surgery.
