硝酸甘油提高晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗疗效研究进展

摘要
0引言硝酸甘油是众所周知的扩血管药物,它能减轻心脏前后负荷,主要用于缓解急性发作的心绞痛。近五年来的基础与临床试验研究发现,硝酸甘油能够显著提高晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的化疗疗效[1]。本文将从基础研究和临床试验两方面综述硝酸甘油提高晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗疗效的研究进展。
