绝经后骨质疏松症中医领域存在问题及解决途径

The existing problems and solution in the field of traditional Chinese medicine for postmenopausal osteoporosis

目的反映绝经后骨质疏松症中医学领域存在的问题及指出解决途径。方法借鉴文献计量学方法,对(1978～2010)年国内正式发表的与绝经后骨质疏松症相关的文献进行研究内容方面的计量学分析。结果绝经后骨质疏松症中医学领域存在问题:重治疗、轻预防,辨治缺乏规范,理论研究滞后,缺乏中医实证性研究。结论中医体质是解决这些问题的突破点。

Objective To discover the problems in the field of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） for postmenopausal osteoporosis （PMOP） research, and to point out the solution. Methods The literatures concerning PMOP published in the national journals from 1978 to 2010 were searched using the metrology method. The data was statistically analyzed. Results The problems in the TCM field fur PMOP research included ： more attention paid to the treatment, less attention paid to prevention, lack of formal rules on the diagnosis and treatment, lag of theoretical research, and lack of empirical research of TCM. Conclusion A change of TCM constitution is the breakthrough point for solving the problems.
