Living From Life Needs——Discussion on Urban Design of Security Room Community

从设计角度出发,现阶段我国各大城市的住宅产品中,不乏美观、创新的实例,但居者是否都能接受,还是买房已成为一种无奈的选择?设计者应深入关注。中国目前人均GDP虽然不高,但是沿海发达城市城市化程度较高,是住房需求集中区域,情形与一些发达国家与地区类似。本文回顾了其他比较有代表性的国家和地区的在公屋建设方面的过程及经验教训,从总体规划、交通组织、环境、住宅形态这四个方面以及居住是人们最基本的生活需求这一点出发阐述了自己的观点。

At present,every Chinese big cities have many beautiful、 innovative residential products from the view of design.But resident agree with or not over all,or buy a house to became a kind of helpless choice already？Designers should be pay further attention on it.though China＇s real GDP per capita is not high now,but The urbanization degree is higher in coastal developed cities,Housing demand concentration area is stanging here,situation is similar with developed countries and regions.This paper reviews the experience and lesson on representative of the countries and regions in the process of public housing.construction,assert my point of view from four aspects：overall planning、traffic organization、 environment and residential form,Living is people of the most basic life demand.
