摘要
大连市机车厂地块位于大连市城市中心区,搬迁后用地作为城市居住用地。因周边特殊的现状环境以及较大的改造面积,所以它的规划设计应统筹考虑到自身利益与城市发展的双重需求。本文在浅析了开放型住区的基本内涵与特征后,构建了开放型住区的"新三级"结构。并将这一设计理念对机车厂宗地改造规划设计加以解析。阐明开放型城市住区是如何实现与居住融入城市生活,并进一步与城市共生共荣。
Dalian locomotive manufacturing works was in the central area,the land where the factory was before will be used as city residential land.Because of the special status environment and the larger region,this planning design should be during the consolidated requires both in the urban development and in the self—interest.While elaborating several aspects such as the basic content and the features of the opening residential areas,this paper make ＂New three—level＂structure of the opening residential.Then the planning designed the region for the factory moved by analyzing this opinion.This paper also explains how to realize and melt into the city life,and live with the city for ever.
