Fire Prevention Design Strategies of Wenming Historic District in Kunming

历史街区在改造与更新过程中,不可避免地面临如何消除历史遗留的火灾隐患和提高抵御火灾能力的问题。基于历史风貌和城市文脉的保护要求,历史街区的防火防灾工程有其自身的特点和需求,防火防灾工程设施必须与历史环境相协调。本文通过解读昆明文明街历史街区改造更新中的消防设计策略,对如何在历史街区改造中使用一定的消防技术手段实现保护和利用城市历史文化遗产,促进历史文化名城的可持续发展,做一个初步的分析与探讨。

During the renewal process of the historic district,how to eliminate fire hazards and improve the ability to resist fire emergency is an inevitably task.Based upon the historical character and urban context protection requirements,fire prevention work of the historic district has its own characteristics and needs.The prevention facilities should be designed in harmony with the local historic environment.Through the interpretation of fire prevention design strategies of Civilization Street,the historic District of Kunming,Renovation Project,this article tries to analyze and discuss on using appropriate technical means to realize the objective of the historical and cultural heritage conservation and utilization and promoting sustainable development in the historical district.
