梅毒血清学诊断试剂的临床检测与效果评价 被引量:8

摘要 梅毒是由梅毒螺旋体也称苍白密螺旋体(Treponema paltidum)感染引起的传染性强、危害较大的人类性传播性疾病(STD)[1]。据世界卫生组织(WHO)报告,成人每年新发梅毒1200万,已成为严重的公共卫生问题旧[2]。目前梅毒的实验室诊断主要依赖血清学方法,以梅毒甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)为代表的梅毒螺旋体非特异性血清学试验,方法简便、快速。
