梅毒血清学诊断试剂的临床检测与效果评价 被引量：8

摘要 梅毒是由梅毒螺旋体也称苍白密螺旋体（Treponema paltidum）感染引起的传染性强、危害较大的人类性传播性疾病（STD）［1］。据世界卫生组织（WHO）报告，成人每年新发梅毒1200万，已成为严重的公共卫生问题旧［2］。目前梅毒的实验室诊断主要依赖血清学方法，以梅毒甲苯胺红不加热血清试验（TRUST）为代表的梅毒螺旋体非特异性血清学试验，方法简便、快速。
