从大白菜河头早自交系9203中发现的一株不育株,用该系中的可育株与之兄妹交育成的一个核不育两用系定名为9203AB。9203B自交S1代表现3(可)∶1(不)育性比;用大白菜自交系9209与9203A测交,F1代全部植株恢复可育,F2代出现15(可)∶1(不)育性比。这一遗传现象表明其育性与呈相对显隐性关系的3个育性基因Mf(可)>mf(可)>ms(不)或2个育性基因Mf(或mf)>ms和两对非同源染色体上的两对等位点相关,由此构成mfmsMfms、MfmsMfms(或mfmsmfms)两类型的双基因杂合体,自交S1代均能产生15(可)∶1(不)育性比的重叠作用,9203AB应归属何型,尚鉴定。
A genic sterile double purpose line, which has been bred by means of sib mating between its fertile and sterile plant discovered from inbred line 9203AB. S 1 of 9203B selfing shows fertility and segregation ratio of 5(fertile)∶1(sterile); test crossing by inbred line 9209 and 9203A, the result shows that all plants of F 1 recover fertility, F 2 shows a fertility segregation ratio as 15(fertile)∶1(sterile). These heredity phinomenon indicated that fertility is related to 3 (or 2) fertility genes Mf(fertile)>mf(fertilie)>ms(sterile)>or Mf(mf)(fertile)>ms(sterile)> which indicate relative dominant recessiveness and diallelic seats located, then double genes heterozygote mfmsMfms, MfmsMfms (or mfmsmfms) have been made up by selfing both of them, S 1 can produce repeating duplicate effect of 5(fertile)∶1(sterile). What category should be 9203AB need to be further identified.
