摘要
为了满足通用ATS快速计量需求,在分析了通用ATS系统资源特性,提出了自动计量系统设计原则,设计了基于自检的内外计量链结合原位计量方法;该方法通过自检检查系统资源工作状态以及通道连接情况,实现内部资源的功能检查,建立了内外两条计量链,通过较少的外部标准仪器可对ATS所有仪器资源进行计量,以及基于LabWindows/CVI 9.0开发了完整的计量软件,并通过SQL数据库对计量数据进行管理,实现了ATS的自动计量,非常具有实用价值。
In order to satisfy general ATS fast metroloty requirement, analyzed the general ATS system resources characteristic, presented design principle of automatic metrology system, designed the method of combination of internal and external metrology chain on--station metrology based on self-- test ~ this method checked system resources work state and channel connect state, realized function check of resources, established two metrology chains which means internal chain and external chain, all ATS system reources could be metrology through less external standard instruments, developed Whole metrology software based on LabWindows/CVI 9. O, by SQL database managed metrology data, realized ATS automatic metrology, had strong practicability.
